1. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same working day where stock is available.
Some items may be dispatched directly from trusted supplier partners. Where this applies, dispatch times may vary slightly depending on stock location and courier collection times.
2. Delivery Services
Most orders are sent using tracked courier services.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Delivery – usually 1–2 working days
- Next Working Day – available on many products where stock and courier cut-off times allow
- Direct Supplier Dispatch – may vary depending on supplier stock location
3. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within estimated timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, supplier availability or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery dates are provided in good faith and should not be treated as guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
