These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Battery Vault website and the purchase of products supplied by Battery Vault.

Battery Vault specialises in the supply of emergency lighting batteries, replacement battery packs and compatible alternatives for commercial and industrial applications.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images and compatibility information are accurate. Due to the technical nature of emergency lighting batteries and manufacturer revisions, customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before installation.
Battery Vault may offer compatible replacement products where appropriate. Equivalent products are selected based on specification, compatibility and suitability.
3. Identification & Compatibility Service
Battery Vault provides battery identification and compatibility guidance using customer-provided information including photographs, fitting references, battery labels and technical specifications.
To help ensure the correct replacement is supplied, customers should check and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Battery Chemistry – e.g. NiCd, NiMH or Lithium
- Battery Voltage – total voltage of the battery pack
- Battery Capacity (Ah / mAh) – how much energy the battery stores
- Cell Size & Number of Cells – for example AA, SC, D or custom configurations
- Configuration – how the cells are physically arranged
- Connector Type – plug style and wiring arrangement
Where exact products are unavailable, compatible replacement battery packs may be supplied where appropriate.
While we make every effort to identify the correct product, final suitability should always be confirmed prior to installation.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Battery Vault reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
Where items are supplied directly from trusted supplier partners, delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock location and courier performance.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customers should not schedule labour or installation work solely based on estimated delivery dates.

8. Limitation of Liability
Battery Vault shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit
- Loss of business
- Installation costs
- Downtime or project delays
- Incorrect installation
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics and text remain the property of Battery Vault unless otherwise stated.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
