Returns & Refunds

We understand that ordering the wrong emergency lighting battery can be costly and time-consuming. Our returns process is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. Standard Returns

Unused and resalable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Be suitable for resale
• Not be specially manufactured or custom-built

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue quickly.

3. Incorrectly Ordered Products

Where customers order incorrect products without using our identification service, return requests may be subject to restocking charges.

4. Custom Battery Packs

Custom-built, specially ordered or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

5. Refund Times

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
