1. Standard Returns
Unused and resalable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be suitable for resale
- Not be specially manufactured or custom-built
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue quickly.
3. Incorrectly Ordered Products
Where customers order incorrect products without using our identification service, return requests may be subject to approval and restocking charges.
Emergency lighting batteries can vary by voltage, chemistry, capacity, connector and pack configuration, so please check compatibility carefully before ordering.
4. Custom Battery Packs
Custom-built, specially ordered or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
5. Refund Times
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
